Meet Your Reno & Sparks Area Captain
Gabby Giuffre
I was raised in Santa Cruz, California, and was a three-sport varsity athlete throughout high school. Which fueled my lifelong passion for sports. That drive led me to pursue college basketball and ultimately continue my career at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I earned my degree in Business Management.
I truly believe that sports provide a powerful platform for young athletes to develop essential life skills, that stay with them far beyond the game. Through my work with National Academy of Athletics, my goal is to help cultivate an environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive—building new skills, forming lasting friendships, and embracing the spirit of competition.
I’m deeply committed to engaging with the Reno community to elevate youth sports and create opportunities for all kids to participate. My priority is ensuring that every kid has a safe, fun, and enriching experience every time they step onto the field or court.
