D. Harris — San Fernando Valley Area Captain

Anthony D. Harris is a respected youth sports and recreation leader with more than 19 years of director-level experience in education-based athletics and citywide parks and recreation programs. He is known for building high-quality, mission-driven programs that develop athletes, coaches, and communities.

Harris has led athletic departments at the University of Antelope Valley, Linfield Christian School, La Salle High School, and Campbell Hall, guiding programs to more than 60 league titles, multiple CIF and state championships, and numerous collegiate scholarships. He has coached at the collegiate and high school levels, earning Coach of the Year honors and serving on the staff for the 2005 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

A mentor at heart, Harris is passionate about using sports to build confidence, character, and lifelong leadership skills. A devoted husband and father, he brings the same commitment to his family that he brings to the communities and young athletes he serves.
