Building Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts®

Gear up for NAofA Sacramento South and Stockton Youth Sports. The NAofA Programs are designed for the mental and physical growth of kids. Through our programs, kids learn athletics, fundamentals of sports, life skills, and the dynamics of working as a team while having FUN!

We teach kids about success, failure, and what it means to be part of a team. Children are in need of role models more than critics. Because of this, our instructors focus on fundamental skill development taught in a fun and positive environment.

Greg Rubendall

Hello NAofA Family and Friends!

My name is Greg Rubendall, and I am thrilled to be joining the National Academy of Athletics on September 1.

I’ve been passionate about movement my entire life, with a special love for soccer and its many variations. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve served as a trainer, coach, teacher, program lead, coaching director, technical director, founder, and entrepreneur. Through these roles, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds—from “cradle to grave.”

One thing I’ve learned is that the journey is always filled with challenges. The strongest are those who embrace setbacks as part of the process, stay focused on their goals, and measure success not only by achievements realized but also by those still to come.

I look forward to bringing this philosophy to NAofA and helping young athletes grow in confidence, resilience, and love for the game.

Play Hard, Have Fun!
