National Academy of Athletics adds Retired NFL Player to their Executive Team.
Santa Rosa, California – National Academy of Athletics, in its pursuit of creating the most success youth sports programs in the nation, brings on new Business Development Director and Partner, Michael Stone.
As of May 2016, National Academy of Athletics in pursuing strategic partnerships and growth opportunities. Michael Stone will lead the charge by setting the direction.
NFL athlete turned entrepreneur, Michael Stone is the Founder and Executive Director of the Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative and Founder/CEO of Coliseum Enterprises. Michael holds a BA from University of Memphis and participated in the NFL Education Programs at Stanford, Wharton and Kellogg Business Schools. Michael played 7 seasons in the NFL with the New England Patriots, Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants and the Houston Texans. As an ex-NFL player, Michael knows the value of teamwork, dedication and solid leadership.

Michael Stone will take the lead the best methods to integrate the professional athlete into the National Academy of Athletics programs in a way that inspires participants, improves the curriculum and enhances the overall brand.
“It is very important to allow children a chance to learn from their sports heroes. Whether its through athlete enhanced lesson plans, professional athlete engagement opportunities or the creation of programming where professional athletes on onsite doing the coaching, it is our goal to take things to the next level,” continues Stone.
