Our PRE SEASON FOOTBALL SKILLS CLINIC is a 3 hour non-contact clinic is for athletes who are learning the skills necessary to participate in football competitively. It will focus on techniques and fundamentals for both offense and defense.
This clinic is specially designed to introduce your young athlete to the game of football. By working in small groups. (max. of 10 per coach) the players will have a chance to experience basic athletic and fundamental skills.
During this clinic, players will learn through skills and drill sessions on footwork, stances, positioning and starts, as well as body balance and the fundamentals of catching, cutting and running.
