What to do if you feel your child is not getting FAIR play time in sports?

I feel really depends on the velocity of the individual league.
 

Some leagues say that every cable place equal time, While others have differently minimums.
I feel the best leagues are the ones that do have minimums, however allow for players to have to earn the opportunity to get the additional playtime.
 

Is baseball/softball really a simple game?
There are only 7 major skills to master to be able to be good at the game -
throwing
catching
hitting
fielding grounders
catching fly balls
base running
pitching/catching
No I am not saying that Baseball or softball are easy... I am saying that sometimes we coaches and parents make it to complex.
